Family owned and operated, Gray Ghost prides itself in using age-old winemaking methods combined with advanced technology to produce internationally awarded wines. Gray Ghost focuses on gentle handling from the fruit to the wine to ensure the highest quality product. To that end, all grapes hand picked; premium French and American oak barrels are used for aging; full-bodied red wines are unfiltered to preserve their richness and lighter-styled wines are fermented at lower temperatures to enhance the fruit character.
