MUSIC FESTIVALS
Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion, September 13-15
This three-day event is held in both indoor and outdoor venues along Bristol’s State Street and celebrates the region’s rich Appalachian music history with nonstop music performances.
PrideFest, September 14th
PrideFest welcomes all LGBTQ+ and allies for live music, an array of craft beverages, and locally-made cuisine on Richmond’s Brown’s Island.
Richmond Folk Festival, September 27-29
The 20th annual Richmond Folk Festival is held on Brown’s Island in downtown Richmond. This free event expands cultural horizons with music and dance performances from artists around the world. Shop artistic wares at the marketplace and sample ethnic food paired with a long list of craft beverages from all around Virginia.
