Aegis Trio: Transfigured Night

The Aegis Trio, comprised of Daniel Kurganov (violin), Daniel Lelchuk (cello), and Constantine Finehouse (piano) return a year later to Castleton after their sold-out debut at Castleton in 2025.

This time, they have brought with them Arnold Schönberg's Verklärte Nacht in an original transcription by the composer for violin, cello, and piano -- the first chamber piece written as a symphonic tone poem, which transfigured chamber music forever.
