Lake Arrowhead Beach is located in the beautifully wooded Lake Arrowhead Park in the scenic Shenandoah Valley just below Skyline Drive. The beach is white sand with a concession stand and lifeguards seasonally. The park has picnic shelters throughout. The 34 acre lake offers recreational opportunities including fishing and is surrounded by a nature trail. There are also kayaks and canoes available for rent seasonally.
The Lake Arrowhead beach is open starting Memorial Day weekend (weekends only) until school lets out, which is usually around June 1. Then the beach is open 7 days a week through the middle of August. From the middle of August through Labor Day, it is open on weekends only. Hours of operation are from 11am - 6:00pm daily. The beach admission costs are: Ages 3-12: $3.00, Ages 13+: $5.00, Ages 2 & under are free!
Lake Arrowhead Park is open from sunrise to sunset, 365 days per year.
