The Pittsylvania County Public Library’s mission is to connect people with the information, experiences, and resources they need to make their lives better. To this end, the library operates one main and three branch libraries, a Bookmobile, and a local History Research Center & Library. Library programs range from early literacy story times to health programs and outreach, to book clubs as well as an ongoing Civil Rights film and discussion series. All of this is free & open to the public.
