Shaffer's has been operating in the Shenandoah Valley for over 50 years. The family run barbecue business is known for great barbecue and homemade foods. A popular vendor at the Shenandoah County Fair, Shaffer's also features a deli store with daily hot lunch specials, a full sandwich menu, homemade soups, made from scratch deli salads, fresh cold cuts and cheeses, and local products. Shaffer's has an extensive menu of hot and cold foods and deli trays available for pick-up.
Shaffer's is proud to announce the opening of a buffet, serving from 4 PM - 8 PM, Monday-Saturday.
Shaffer's is also known for catering for any kind of occasion: from casual picnics and reunions, to company parties, rehearsal dinners, and elegant weddings. Shaffer's has an extensive catering menu. Custom menu planning is also available. Shaffer's can also provide rentals for any event including tents, tables, chairs, dinnerware, linens, and much more.
