The Tasty Treat of Wakefield Virginia is located on Route 460 halfway between Petersburg and Suffolk. Started in 1960, before the fast food chain explosion, The Tasty Treat offers that piece of Americana that baby boomers once enjoyed. Starting with 2 original flavors, we now offer more than 15 different flavors, along with Edy's fat free vanilla yogurt. The food menu has also expanded, just to name a few, corn dogs, chuck wagons, Felt's country ham sandwiches, funnel cake fries and of course burgers made to order. While you're there try our signature "FATBACK BURGER" it's huge and will fill nearly any appetite.
