Our sandwiches are made to order from the finest local Charlottesville ingredients. We start with our Timbercreek meats and produce, between Albemarle Baking Company bread, to deliver a fresh and delicious sandwich created by Executive Chef Allie Redshaw.
Each dish is inspired by what we grow and what we source locally here in the Piedmont Region. Chef Allie creates amazing meals from seasonal products that are grown at our farm 7 miles away and on other local farms in our area that share the same farming values. We know where every product originates and are excited to tell you the story.
