We are challenged in more ways than ever today. Take a walk into a deep solitude as you discover how to incorporate basic practices and tools to walk with you in the busyness of your life. You will come away with a greater appreciation for solitude, rather than constantly searching for your needs outside of yourself. The reality is that everything you need for the journey is within, you just need to learn how to access it.
As you embrace this escape with Andrea, you will be directed through different tools to access your inner peace, such as a beautiful Labyrinth on site, Professional Yoga Sessions, a Guided Meditation, silent time to walk around the grounds meditatively as well as a catered boxed authentic Greek lunch by Kanelopoulos Catering.
