Paddle Fit is a fun and challenging workout focusing on endurance, strength, core, balance and functional movement, a complete mental and physical workout on the water. By changing up routines and exercises you will see amazing transformations in both your body and attitude. Our Paddle Fit instructor will take you through a 90-minute fitness session on the water unlike any other. Paddle Fit is not your average workout, so if you don’t want to be average then come join us.
For Paddle Fit class you must have experience in paddleboarding. If you are just starting out then you will need to take either an Intro to SUP Lesson or and Intro to Paddle Fit Class.
**Ability to swim is required**
Class schedule:
Tuesday's 6:30-8pm and Sunday's 8:30-10 at Jamestown Beach Event Park - 2152 Jamestown Rd. Williamsburg
All registered clients will not have to pay for parking at Jamestown Beach
**Included in payment at checkout will be a small processing fee ( 6%)**
***All classes are subject to the approval of Mother Nature. If a class is called off due to weather you will be given a credit for a future booking. Credits are good for 1 year***
