Tour the streets that now cover the grounds of the Battle of Waynesboro. Stop at the Plumb House Museum, which was between the battle lines, and learn the story of the Battle of Waynesboro and about the family that lived in the home from the 1800s through the 1990s. The Plumb House Museum is home to many Civil War artifacts, Plumb Family artifacts, and Bird & Butterfly collections. The Plumb House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Virginia Landmarks Register, and Virginia Civil War Trails. Open year-round Thursday-Saturday 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
