Rocktown History's excellent exhibits depict the history of the Rockingham County and Harrisonburg area; a distinctive Shenandoah Valley folk art collection; a vintage electric map highlighting Jackson's 1862 Valley Campaign;an extensive genealogy library with guides to assist your research; a bookstore & gift shop with a unique selection including local interest, Civil War history, and family research. Open Wednesday-Saturday 10am-4pm. Research by appointment.
The 19th Century historic Cromer-Trumbo House, furnished with decorative arts and antiques from the Mary Spitzer Etter collection, will be open for group tours by appointment.
