John Paul Jones Arena is the largest multipurpose facility of its kind in the Commonwealth with a capacity of nearly 16,000. The Arena is home to University of Virginia Men's and Women's Basketball teams and hosts a myriad of attractions including concerts, family shows and community events. Guests benefit from exceptional sight lines, state-of-the-art audio and visual components, luxury suites and on-site parking. The Arena’s main floor space can accommodate exhibits, trade shows and banquets with up to 29,000 sq. ft. In addition, the facility boasts five meeting rooms and professional in-house catering to accommodate private functions or meetings of 50 to 200 people. The Arena's inaugural lineup included WWE Monday Night RAW, Kenny Chesney, Dave Matthews Band, Eric Clapton, Disney on Ice, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Justin Timberlake.
