Conference and Guest Services hosts more than 15,000 guests from 90 different groups in the Virginia Tech residence halls. From youth and athletic camps to annual conferences for professional organizations, we are proud to offer affordable accommodations from late May to early August. Choose from rooms with air-conditioning, private baths, linen service, laundry facilities, and vending machines.
Whether you prefer a lounge to seat a few people, or need a ballroom for 1,500, we've got you covered. Also, available are classrooms, banquet halls, a garden, gazebos, among other sites well-suited for music, entertainment, or keynote speakers. Space can be reserved in academic buildings on a first-come first-served basis. Squires Student Center offers a variety of spaces including standard meeting rooms, dividable rooms, reception-style rooms, and major programming spaces.
In addition, Conference and Guest Services is proud to offer a 24-hour hospitality desk, located in New Hall West. A variety of services are available at the desk, including check-in/check-out, sports equipment and game rentals, laundry detergent, mail pick-up, and knowledgeable guidance to the Virginia Tech campus and Blacksburg area. A staff member is also on call during the evening hours in the event of an emergency.
