Seven mile nature trail follows the Maury River from Lexington to Buena Vista along the old railroad bed, now owned and managed by the Virginia Military Institute. A trail for hiking, biking, birdwatching, running, fishing, cross country skiing, picnicking.
Vehicles are not permitted. Dogs on leash are allowed. Brochure with detailed information available at the Lexington Visitor Center 106 E. Washington St.
