MUST SEE MUSTANGS!!! The Martinsville Mustangs will play their first home game of the 2018 Coastal Plain League season on Thursday, May 31st at Hooker Field. Last season the Mustangs finished the season strong, and once again they have another fun-filled season planned!
Home games will feature numerous crazy promotional nights throughout the season. Past favorites include: Oregon Trail Night, Midnight Madness Double-Header and Field of Screams Night! Stay tuned for the 2018 Promo Schedule announcement.
The Mustangs will host 26 home games at the historic Hooker Field, where baseball has been played since 1936. It is the second oldest baseball stadium in Virginia that is currently in use. In addition to the Mustangs, Hooker Field has also hosted teams affiliated with the St. Louis Cardinals, Philadelphia Phillies and Houston Astros.
