Originally called "The Officers Golf Course" in 1930, the course was renamed in 1980 to the "Medal of Honor Golf Course." It is dedicated to the Marines and Sailors who have received our nation's highest award for "acts of gallantry and intrepidity above and beyond the call of duty."
The course has a rolling terrain which creates subtle challenges for golfers of every skill level. It also has a tight layout, allowing premium shot-making to avoid mature trees, sand bunkers and water which line the sculputured fairways. The landing areas on the course are uniformly small, well protected and hazard lined. Putting can be challenging due to a variety of bent grasses on the contoured greens.
Medal of Honor Golf Course has been open for public use since 2010. We invite you to come spend a day with us and walk in the footsteps of some of the nations' finest.
