The guest cottage has soaring ceilings, two-story widows, main floor bedroom, bedroom loft, screened porch, and open deck all overlooking the river and wildlife. Sleeps a maximum of two with one bath and kitchen area with sink, small fridge, microwave, toaster, cofee maker, portable cooktop, portable griddle, dining and cooking utensils.
Outdoor amenities include private pool, private pier, small white sand beach, fishing, beach chairs, each towels, two kayaks with life preservers, deep water boat dock for sail boats and power boats, and two-mile private road great for daily running or walking routines.
