The Donegal Farm is 200 acres resting on the James River and is one of the oldest river farms in southern Albemarle County. Located in the Scottsville area, 22 miles or 30 minutes south of downtown Charlotesville or UVa, the brick guest cottage is one of several original buildings on the farm. A section dates to the 1700's. All on one level, with a DOUBLE bedroom and another with TWINS. Both bedrooms have a fireplace, they share a full bath with a claw foot tub and attached shower head. The cottage has a high ceiling and another fireplace in the great room. One large room is the dining area, full kitchen and living room. Enjoy hiking the trails, fishing in the pond or swimming in the James River. Nearby is the historic Warren Ferry landing. No TV or internet - a true getaway!
