The cottage shares the 78 acres with the Ramsay estate home which is on the National Register of Historic Places. Breath taking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains are just beyond the rolling pastures. Decorated in a casually elegant fashion throughout, the cottage has a family room at one end which makes for a nice private spot to read or enjoy intimate conversation. There is a full kitchen, a living room and dining area combination,and a screened in porch with a panoramic view. Two bedrooms are on the first floor. The master Queen bedroom has a fireplace and en suite bathroom. A Twin room has a private hall bath. A third Twin bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Outdoors and just steps away from the cottage is an historic stone fireplace and patio area equipped with outdoor lighting, a gas grill, and speakers where you can enjoy grilling and entertaining.
