Every Guitar Works, Inc.® instrument has had a complete set-up and adjustment process done to it here in our shop in Richmond, Virginia U.S.A. All fretted instrument needs to be properly and professionally set up for perfect play. Unfortunately the majority of brands do little or nothing to prepare their instruments. This lack of attention to detail causes frustration and problems for their customers. Guitar Works, Inc. sells direct to the public eliminating the normal two and three markups found in other brands. Our American made straps have been enjoyed by thousands since 1978.
