We are committed to obtaining high quality Alpacas. By careful breeding decisions and thoughtful purchases we are acquiring some of the top bloodlines available. Our current bloodlines include Kenamori Gold, Hemmingway, Grandmaster, Royal Fawn, Caligula, Mr. President, El Moustashio, Avalanche, Predictor, Prince Philip, 4 Peruvian Legacy, Dom Lucilio, Cochise, and Maykon. Shady Nook offers Peruvian, Bolivian, and Chilean genetics. Our goal is to develop a herd where each individual alpaca represents the highest standards in health, confirmation, and fiber production. Shady Nook Alpacas is tested to be BVD free. We complete our herd health care requirements each month to maintain a healthy, productive herd. We welcome farm visits.
