“Sunrise On Atlantic" was created by Virginia Beach eighth-grader Sierra Clark, one of three winners of the Atlantic Avenue Association’s “LOVE! On Atlantic” Art Contest. The contest challenged local students to design creative themes that represent Virginia Beach Culture and Lifestyle, and the submissions showcase the incredible young artistic talent of Virginia Beach. Be sure to visit the other two winners’ designs, as well, at 2410 and 1700 Atlantic Avenue.
