Origin Beer Lab is a brewery and tap room located in the heart of Ashland, right on the railroad tracks. Origin is the sister company of Center of the Universe Brewing Co and serves as the pilot facility for all experimentation, pilot batches, and recipe formulation. Origin Beer Lab specializes in everything from over the top IPA's, sours, and light offerings, to fruit infused thirst quenchers. Enjoy a beer inside as the 2 large garage doors allow for climate controlled train viewing, or outside on our patio. The beers are constantly rotating so each time you visit is like a new beer experience!
