Loudoun County brewery next to the Quattro Goomba's Winery.
While still experimenting with various types of beers, six have proven to be popular enough to become regular offerings. Lovers of dry white and sparkling wines will enjoy the Cake Eater, a very light, citrusy brew that pairs well with appetizers, shrimp cocktail or crab cakes. The traditional British IPA, Fanny’s Your Aunt, goes well with seafood, while its American equivalent, Rye Not, pairs wonderfully with beef. Brown Chicken Brown Cow is a brown sugar ale that is rich and complex, with hints of Root Beer. The Friar Nuts brown ale is similar but with hints of banana bread and caramel. Torque is a milk stout that will destroy all your preconceived notions of how a stout should taste with its sweet coffee and chocolate overtones.
State law limits beer consumption to specific areas. Wine consumption from the adjacent winery is similarly limited to a separate area. However, picnics, kids and dogs are still welcomed. Fresh pizza is still available and football will be available this fall on the new wide screen TV’s.
Hours: Friday 4PM - 9PM, Saturday & Sunday 12PM - 6PM
