Caroline County's only winery is open for business! This family owned and operated licensed farm winery is located 4 miles east of I-95 off Exit 110 in Ladysmith. The winery is named for the Sassafras trees that grow on the property, and its wood is used in the 950-square foot tasting room. The 2014 wine offerings include, Vidal Blanc, Niagara, Cabernet Franc, Cayuga White, Chardonnay, Chambourcin, and White Chambourcin. Come experience this home-grown gem 15 years in the making!
