Strangeways newest addition, Strangeways Brewing RVA-Scott’s Addition, marks the companies third tasting room location in Virginia. It showcases their large assortment of locally crafted beers and ciders that are produced at their Dabney Road brewery in Richmond, their Fredericksburg brewery, along with specialty brews that are wood barrel fermented and keg conditioned onsite. The over 4,000 square foot facility with a large outdoor patio sits in the heart of Scott’s Addition at 3110 West Leigh Street. The 36+ draft lines feature IPA’s, lagers, Belgian styles, sours, dark beers, specialty beers, ciders, wine, nitro coffee, Kombucha, and beyond, with something to match every individual palate. Always pouring an ever-rotating selection of beer fresh off the taps, they can all be enjoyed onsite as well as be taken to go via growlers, crowlers, cans, or bottles. With welcoming bars and decor so unique you have to see to believe, Strangeways showcases an outdoor, dog-friendly Biergarten, an arcade, rotating food trucks, local snack foods, entertainment, and special events.
