The magnificent stadium, which is home to ODU’s Division 1 Football program, will allow for an incredible show with social distancing and the safety benefits of being outside. The Festival is taking advantage of the stadium's expansive outdoor layout, plus easy access to parking, the downtown Norfolk area, and popular regional attractions. And this outdoor edition of the Tattoo will offer all the pageantry and inspiration that guests have come to expect from the Tattoo over the past 23 years.
Join us as we reignite the Virginia International Tattoo tradition following our online only version in 2020.
For the 2021 edition of the Tattoo, we are taking the very best from our plans for the 2020 Tattoo – including our Salute to the Greatest Generation - and combining it with our 2021 plans. The result will be a once in a generation Virginia International Tattoo, with an exceptional international cast, extraordinary Celtic performers, inspiring U.S. military groups, and an emotional and unifying celebration of our World War II Veterans.
