Travel south on Highway 340 for 6 ½ miles into the quaint town of Stanley. This picturesque town is the perfect location for a country drive. You will be surrounded by the Massanutten and Blue Ridge Mountains. Beautiful farmland and scenic wonder are what's in store. For an appetizing meal, stop by Ciro's Pizza. Before you head out of town take a ride along the river banks and though the woods with one of Stanley's well-established horseback riding guides.
Historic Shenandoah is the town where the "Mountains Roar". Shenandoah Speedway is a 3/8 mile asphalt track where professional racers come to stretch their legs. Events take place every week during the racing season. To calm your pumping heart, shop downtown at the Century Old Shenandoah Store. See a different part of the Shenandoah River when you put in here.
