Culpeper - Jul 11-15 - Culpeper-Madison-Rappahannock Farm Show - There will be livestock displays & shows, great food, showcase exhibits,country auction, dunking booth, karaoke contest, livestock auction, vendors and more! 

Ruther Glen - Jul 10-13 - Caroline County Agricultural Fair - Special events include the dog show, home goods contests, the garden tractor pull, and the antique & classic truck show.

Warrenton - Jul 18-21 - The Fauquier County Fair features livestock, rabbits, poultry, produce, homemade arts and crafts, animal shows, contests, games, demonstrations, homegrown dinner and great music.

Leesburg - Jul 29-Aug 3 - Loudoun County Fair features 4-H animals, crafts, livestock aucitions, bull riding, carnival, kiss-a-pig contest and much more!

Manassas - Aug 9-17 - Prince William County Fair - The annual fair returns as the largest county fair in Virginia with livestock exhibits, Civil War encampment, a variety of midway shows, truck and tractor pull, rodeo, demolition derbies, pet shows, live music, games and carnival rides.

Arlington - Aug 7-11 - Arlington County Fair features Carnival Rides, Amusements, Competitive Exhibits, Arts and Crafts, Great Food from Many Countries, Live Entertainment, Pony Rides and a Petting Zoo.

Stafford - Oct 25-27 - Stafford County Fair - This fair will include family fun, music, entertainment, rides, games, food, crafts, displays & demonstrations.

Blue Ridge Highlands

Hillsville - Aug 21-25 - Carroll County Fair - A whole host of activities are scheduled daily including the Carroll County Idol contest, Horse Show and Horse Pull a tractor pull, Pet Show, Ms. and Mr. Carroll County Pagent and many more special events.

Abingdon - Sep 9-14 - Washington County Fair - Chili cook-off, beauty pageant, youth and adult agricultural and home economics exhibits, and livestock shows that include beef cattle, sheep, goat, dairy, swine and horse shows.

Floyd - Sep 21 - Floyd Harvest Festival & County Fair - A full day of exhibits, music, heritage art demonstrations, games, and much more.

Meadows of Dan - Aug 17 - Meadows of Dan Folk Fair Enjoy the annual fair with several musical venues, a play, horse drawn rides, old time craft demonstrations, food vendors, kids activities, craft and other items for sale, fudge factory, and much more.

Harrisonburg - Aug 12-17 - Rockingham County Fair - One of the best agricultural fairs in the state of Virginia. The fair also offers top name entertainment, local bands and much, much more

Woodstock - Aug 23-31 - Shenandoah County Fair - Great food, big-name entertainment, bingo, harness racing, livestock shows, demolition derby, tractor pulls, rides, children's activities, wine tasting and seminars, agricultural and home arts exhibits.

Monterey - Aug 28-31 - Highland County Fair - Live musical performances, a carnival and midway with games and rides for all ages, a demolition derby, and a truck and tractor-pulling contest.

 Madison- Jul 16-20 - Madison County Fair - Come to the petting zoo, ride carnival rides, enter an apple pie contest, listen to music, purchase livestock and sit back and watch the finale Saturday night, the Demolition Derby.

Pennington Gap - Aug 31-Sep 3 - Lee County Fair - Enjoy a beauty pageant, pet show, gospel and family night, horse show, tractor pull, boxing, demolition derby and karaoke.

Castlewood -  Aug 30-Sep 8 - Russell County Fair & Horse Show - An old-fashioned country fair, midway rides, games, horse show, beauty contest, music and entertainment. See bluegrass legend Dr. Ralph Stanley perform.
