Summer is in full swing in July, and so is music festival season! Plenty of artists big and small will be performing at festivals and venues this month, from major country acts to tribute groups for iconic bands. Catch your favorite artists and discover new ones all over the Commonwealth!

FloydFest, Jul 24-28
FloydFest aims to be “the best music festival of our time,” and features not only music, but also outdoor activities and kid-friendly installations.

Shenandoah Valley Music Festival, Jul 19 & 20, Jul 26 & 27
The Shenandoah Valley Music Festival, a not-for-profit music presenter, is the longest running music festival in Virginia. the event offers weekend concerts from mid-July to Labor Day weekend, and supports local music education through sponsorships. This month's lineup includes Marty Stuart & His Fabulous Superlatives, Lynchburg Symphony Orchestra: Back to the ’80s, Dionne Warwick, and Shadows of the 60s: A Tribute to Motown.
