Hampton Aquaplex -Hampton
The brand new Hampton Aquaplex is a state-of-the-art swim facility consisting of an 8-lane 50-meter competition pool with two moveable bulkheads, the pool goes as deep as 13 feet to accommodate diving. There is also an 8-lane-25 yard programming and competition warm-up pool. There are 1,500 elevated seats for spectator viewing and 750-Seats on-deck for competitors. There is a 2,300-square-foot Multipurpose Room and a Team Room with 1,270 square feet of space.
St. James Center -Springfield
Located in Fairfax, the St. James Center is a massive indoor facility, along with many other features the facility boasts an indoor 52-meter Olympic sized training and competition pool, with a removable headwall and 20 track start blocks.
Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center—Stafford
This state-of-the-art swim center in Stafford is the premier choice for hosting swimming events. At 76,000 square feet, there is plenty of space for events large and small. Inside the facility is a 50-meter competition pool, over 800 spectator seats, a 25-yard recreation pool, heated therapy pool, group exercise room, fitness room, hard court gym and café grille to serve guests.
Christiansburg Aquatic Center—Christiansburg
The Virginia Tech Hokies’ men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams not only practice at the CAC, but now call it home. The 50-meter Olympic-style pool supports 2-6 foot bulkheads, a Colorado scoreboard with video surrounded by diving boards and a 10-meter platform. The aquatic center not only serves as host to the Hokies’ home meets, but has taken the lead in Virginia for hosting age group championships. Balcony seating for 1,000 spectators creates a welcoming environment for all visitors. In addition to the competitive pool the CAC provides leisure recreation for their citizens by including a pool with water slides, spray fountains, beach entry and a therapy pool.
